The master's artistry and fantasy are limited only by one thing: in all prepared dishes, the primary role is played by regional and traditional products of the Małopolska (Lesser Poland) region. Golden honey in yeast dough with blackberries and nutty crumble, plums accompanied by fried pumpkin and ripening cheese, creamy apples with mustard and beetroot, and oscypek cheese with crunchy toasts ... these are just some of the proposals you will taste during the festival. More traditional dishes will be served at the stands of local farmers' housewives' associations, who will prepare refreshments for festival guests using secret recipes passed down from generation to generation. Members of the farmers' housewives' associations also prove to be an immeasurable mine of knowledge about Małopolska and local customs and traditions, which they willingly share with the residents of Małopolska as well as with tourists from Poland and abroad.
In addition to tasting Małopolska delicacies, anyone who would like to stock their pantry with these unique products will do so at the stalls of Małopolska producers. Gourmets and those who like to try their hand at their cooking will find cured meats, honey, cheese, juices, lavender and rose products, bread, cakes, pierogi, and many more.
