The area attracts tourists who enjoy the delights of this part of Małopolska and its abundant wealth of natural heritage using trails of varying difficulty. Next to Mogielica, the highest peaks of the Main Trail of Beskid Wyspowy are: Ćwilin, Krzystonów, Lubogoszcz, Luboń Wielki, Łopień, Modyń, Szczebel and Śnieżnica. Each year, the Forum of the Municipalities of Beskid Wyspowy organises the "Discover Beskid Wyspowy" campaign to help tourists explore this enchanting area during hiking and accompanying events. The campaign will also resume this year, and all hiking and walking enthusiasts who follow the Main Trail of Beskid Wyspowy will get a "Beskidzkie Wyspy" tourist badge. In the winter, the area offers numerous ski trails where skiers can enjoy the delights of the season. Backcountry skiing lovers will find a number of undiscovered trails perfect for active holiday in the most beautiful and pristine areas of our region.

Beskid Wyspowy (the Island Beskid Range) part of the Western Beskid Mountains, with the highest peak – Mogielica, is a charming area located between the valley of the River Raba and the Sądecka Basin. This part of the region is characterised by single, isolated mountain peaks after which the mountain range was named.
