VeloNatura is the Małopolska region's section of the EuroVelo 11 route. It runs around the most attractive areas of the valleys of Poprad and Dunajec rivers surrounded by the mountain ranges of Beskid Sądecki and Pogórze. This route will take you to historically important centres of the Małopolska region: Kraków, Tarnów, Nowy Sącz and Stary Sącz. It also runs through picturesque health resorts in the valley of Poprad, namely Żegiestów, Piwniczna and Muszyna, as well as through the Sądecki Ethnographic Park in Nowy Sącz, Lake Rożnow, the European Music Centre in Lusławice, and the Niepołomice Forest famous for its bison breeding centre.

Length – 271 km (partly together with VeloDunajec, EuroVelo4/VeloMetropolis and WTR)
Start – Muszyna (border with Slovakia)
Finish – Kościelec (border with the Świętokrzyskie voivodeship)

VeloNatura consists of three sections: southern, central and northern. Part of the southern section is implemented within the European Cross Border Cooperation. The central part of the route will be shared with the EuroVelo4/VeloMetropolis route (from Tarnów to Niepołomice) and the Vistula Bicycle Route WTR (from Niepołomice to the outskirts of Kraków). The northern part will run from the outskirts of Kraków the town of Kościelec in the Proszowice powiat. On this section, VeloNatura does not intersect with other bicycle routes.
