The Krynica Rope Park is a complex of two rope parks: Czarny Potok Rope Park and Mamut Rope Park. These are systems of ropes suspended at different heights between trees, and on each route there is usually an obstacle to overcome.The Czarny Potok Rope Park is located at the foot of Jaworzyna Krynicka and has 9 routes, including 2 downhill routes. The difficulty levels of the routes are graded from ‘easiest’ to ‘most demanding’, and the most demanding of all is the 'Extreme' route, which reaches 15 metres above the ground and has many obstacles. The easiest route, ‘Bąbel’, is protected by safety nets, so it’s the perfect place for the little ones to start. A unique attraction is the 'Big Swing', a pendulum jump from a height of around 17 metres. The Mamut Rope Park is located at the top of Parkowa Mountain. Four routes await visitors. The simplest of these, the ‘Mamucik’, is for children from the age of 3.

For fans of water attractions, there is the thrill of rafting on the Poprad River. Canoeing can be done in Krynica-Zdrój, Muszyna, Tylicz, Żegiestów and Piwniczna. On the other hand, pontoon rafting takes place on two routes:

• Muszyna – Andrzejówka-Ługi (10.5 km, up to 3 h)
• Leluchów – Muszyna (10 km, up to 3 h)

During the rafting trip, you follow a trail with larger or smaller rapids. There are also sections with a calm current, ideal for enjoying the beauty of nature. Rafting must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Travelling by electric bicycle is an increasingly popular way to take a ride and look around. The Endorphine Factory has an electric bike rental service and has top-of-the-line MTB electric bikes for use in Krynica-Zdrój, Muszyna and the surrounding area. Motorcycles are delivered to customers by appointment. The abundance of surrounding paths ensures that trails of varying degrees of difficulty are available. It is also possible to organise a bicycle tour.

Those thirsty for more attractions can visit Escape Room Krynica, where you can choose one of three routes: Cube, Strefa 51, and Tajemnica Faraona.

A newcomer to the leisure tourism market is Bumper Ball, a game of football played in spherical balls, which involves elements of rugby or hockey.

The last attraction is paintball, a team strategy game where players with harmless play rifles shoot at the ‘enemy’ to try to hit them with lightweight balls filled with washable coloured paint.
